Here is a little quick & easy valentine banner. I used some red rick rack, but I think it would look cute using ribbon, too. Download here (click on file and download original, due to the fact that I don't know how else to do this just yet), print onto cardstock, trim, punch holes in the corners and string with rick rack or ribbon. Get ready for some L-O-V-E ! !
